The Shelters for Israel / Latet Aid for Life Food Rescue Truck, underwritten by the Leslie and Susan Gonda (Goldschmied) Foundation, is helping to alleviate food insecurity. The refrigerated, large capacity truck is able to pick up donated food from markets as well as from manufacturers who donate large quantities of the food that Latet provides to Holocaust survivors on an ongoing basis.
